A Las Vegas Party: Love at First Sight
After the wedding, Date.com threw a party, and we witnessed a very romantic surprise.
Melinda (melindafl), who was key in co-ordinating the Vegas Event, was in for a big surprise that evening. Her boyfriend, Phill (krash4u), would make sure of that. After an hour of drinks and mingling, a slightly nervous Phill stood up on a chair and asked for everyone's attention. He told us all how happy he was to be a part of the wedding celebration, welcoming friends, and expressed his happiness at meeting members of Date.com that he had been chatting with for months.
Then he took a deep breath, and called out for Melinda. What came next was a very sweet and touching proposal of marriage, to which she happily accepted. What makes this even more amazing is that this party was, like the new bride and groom's, also their second date. I think it's catching!
