What's Wrong With My Husband?

Dear Brian,
I am married and would you believe that my husband has not had sex with me or even given me passionate kisses? In the beginning, I just thought that he was being religious and only wanted sex after marriage.

I see him going to porn sites almost everyday. He doesn't want me to touch him. All he does is give me smack kisses. He is into male sports like football, golf, basketball. He loves to hang out with his married male best friend. I know he adores him but I am sure there is no sexual thing between them. He loves to drink during his days off and is taking a propecia. Is he gay or just impotent?

Another thing is that everybody thinks I am just his fiancee. Is this because he is afraid that if the marriage won't work, nobody will know that we separated? Or is there something wrong with him? Please help me understand.

A man who hasn't had sex with his wife and also denies that he's married has a problem, all right. What kind of porn sites does he visit? If he's ogling pictures of naked men, that would certainly explain his indifference to having sex with you, as well as his adoration of his male "best friend." There may not be anything sexual going on between the two of them (then again, maybe there is), but he seems more interested in guys than you. He could be a closet queen who has yet to come to terms with his homosexuality. If not, he is either impotent or has a fear of intimacy. Procepia can cause impotence in some men, but certainly he can ask his doctor about an alternative drug that won't have that side effect or stop using hair loss treatments all together. I think Procepia may be a red herring in his case. I think he's gay. But whether gay, straight, or impotent, a man who tells people his wife is only his fiancee is not a man worth your time o r your trust. I would advise you to dump him.
